Adirondack Regional Airport (SLK)

The Adirondack Regional Airport provides the quickest, most convenient access to and from the beautiful Adirondack Mountains of northern New York.

The airport is capable of handling aircraft as large as a Boeing 757. It has a Category 1 instrument runway that is 6,573 foot long, allowing aircraft to land safely even in poor weather.

The airport also has a café, which is a great place to grab a bite to eat while seeing what’s coming or going.

Commercial Service

Cape Air provides daily commercial service to and from Logan International Airport in Boston, as well as to and from John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York. To ensure passengers find a flight that meets their schedule, Cape Air operates three-daily round trip flights year round; two to and from Boston, and one to and from New York. Cape Air has been operating safely and reliably at Adirondack Regional Airport since February of 2008.

General Aviation

The General Aviation Facility at Adirondack Regional Airport routinely handles aircraft ranging in size from small, single engine piston aircraft up to large charter aircraft. Services available for general aviation include full serve fuel sales (Jet A and 100LL AvGAS), Deice (Type I and Type IV), heated and unheated hangar space, tie downs, apron parking, towing, ground power, lavatory service, a cafe, and more. Airport Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF) Index A coverage is located on the field. Index B coverage is also located on the airfield and is provided with 48 hour notice.
