Plus it faces southwest so you get to have long days with sunsets as much as mother natures allows. The house features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the main floor plus a loft and 2 bedrooms and a half bath and laundry room on the bottom floor. You will also enjoy a large deck that is divided in to two parts - the screened in part allowing you to be outside with NO BUGS or be on the open deck to view the magical night sky for endless stargazing, plus 100‘ of private beach front property.

• Wedding Meadow with rustic ceremony area available and massive grassy areas for caterer and reception tents. Rent by the day or weekend for your needs. Owner will work with you to assist with set up. Grounds hold 150 people.
