Boquet Valley Cuisine Trail

Dive into the Boquet Valley Cuisine Trail

Covering some of the most fertile agricultural land in Northern New York, this trail follows the steepest river in New York, the Boquet River. This trail is home to the largest collection of “new” farmers who are rediscovering traditional farming techniques which are producing products in a whole new way. The trail includes two wineries, a brewery, vegetable, livestock, and CSA farms, and extraordinary eateries.

War Cannon Spirits

Revolutionary history. Rebellious Spirits.

War Cannon Spirits is a distillery utilizing a refurbished and repurposed 200+ year old landmark building in Crown Point, NY. War Cannon Spirits offers a tasting room, restaurant, indoor and outdoor dining, outdoor games, a special event space, and a retail store onsite. The retail store offers an array of War Cannon Spirits products and apparel as well as beer, wine, and other items made throughout New York State.

Our Tasting Room Was Built In 1820. It was used as a mill when Putnam Creek was dammed and a pond existed behind the site. There were many alterations and additions over the last 200 years, yet the core still remains one of the oldest structures of its kind.

Cafe Adirondack

Cafe Adirondack Restaurant & Wine Room offers Seafood Specialties, Steak, Pasta, Chicken, Salads, Home Made Soups and Desserts, and Craft Beer and Wine.
