Stewart's Shops are dedicated to providing our customers with quality, value and convenience. We are able to make this commitment because we make and or distribute 3/4 of all the products you will see in a Stewart's Shop. We provide a convenient way to buy milk, bread, dairy products, soda, beer, snacks, food to go, ice cream, groceries, gas, over 3,000 different items all with a friendly smile. Bear Trap Saloon

Bar and Restaurant.

A local pub and grill in the center of the Adirondack Park, offering good prices, good food, and plenty of friendly conversation. Motel across the street.

School House Grounds Coffeeshop

Coffee shop offering espresso drinks, brewed coffee, pour overs, cold brew, iced, loose leaf teas, baked goods and many other items.

Located in a historic 1895 schoolhouse across from beautiful Blue Mountain Lake and at the base of Blue Mountain, the Adirondack coffee shop is filled with antiques and history. Come enjoy our espresso, drip coffee, pour overs, cold brew, loose leaf teas as well as pastries, homemade treats and daily specials.

Hemlock Hall

Hemlock Hall is a historic lakefront lodge and family resort on the beautiful north shore of Blue Mountain Lake, in the heart of the Adirondack Park. It is one of a few historic camps from the Gilded Age, reminiscent of a Great Camp, that continues to welcome guests year after year. Nestled in the mountains of upstate New York, on the beautiful north shore of Blue Mountain Lake, Hemlock Hall provides an escape from the bustle of everyday life. Step back into simpler times, unwind, and reconnect with nature and family and friends at a historic Adirondack resort.

The main lodge (est. 1898) houses 8 guest rooms, two common sitting rooms, an original fireplace, the main dining area and an expansive wraparound porch. Throughout the 8-acre property there are 4 “motel” units and 10 cabins, ranging in size from 1 – 3 bedrooms. Hemlock Hall is situated on 500 feet of waterfront with a large beach and swimming area, a fishing dock and a collection of boats (kayaks, canoes, paddle boats, SUPs, row boats) for guests’ enjoyment.

At Hemlock Hall we operate on a Modified American Plan, which includes a hearty Adirondack breakfast and a traditional, homestyle dinner. Planning on a hike or paddle? Bagged lunches are available for a nominal fee, and throughout the day snacks and refreshments are available in the Main Lodge. We also take outside guests for breakfast and dinner, just be sure to call ahead to confirm availability.

Chef Darrell's Mountain Diner

In addition to classic diner seating, there is a large deck with umbrella tables. True to diner tradition, breakfast is available all day, though Chef Darrell is known for contemporary comfort food like pot roast, turkey, meatloaf, buttermilk fried chicken and glazed salmon.  There is a catering menu for feeding a crowd off-premises and takeout is available. Special diets are accommodated.

The Pig II Deli

A full-service deli, serving breakfasts and lunches.

Winter hours are Monday through Friday 8-3 and Saturday 8-2, closed Sundays.

Until Memorial Day - Take-out dinners may be pre-ordered before noon, picked up before closing. Just ask Craig what the entree is for the day!

ADK Trading Post

A year round store that offers gifts, groceries, lunch items, suppers to go, take and bake pizzas and Lobster Rolls.

Located right on Route 30 in Long Lake, we've got your lunch covered at the ADK Trading Post. 

We serve soup and paninis daily, along with Take and Bake Pizzas.

Tables are available outside or better yet, take it to the beach or on the boat!

Victorian Room and Lake Street Cafe at the Adirondack Hotel

Originally built in 1855, take a step back into the Adirondacks past at the Adirondack Hotel in Long Lake.

With tin ceilings and Victorian furnishings in the Adirondack Hotel's Dining Room is open to the public and offers an exceptional menu and wine list.  

From their first rate poutine and other great starters to their hearty entrees and pizzas, the restaurant serves up some great food.

The bar in the rustic Adirondack taproom offers an excellent selection of drinks and features a great variety of local and state micro brews that change seasonally.

After dinner, you can stroll out onto the porch and relax in one of their many rocking chairs. Enjoy the view of Long Lake just across the street as you rock and let time just slip away. Don't want to drive home? You can spend the night in one of their guest rooms!

For lighter fare, the Adirondack Hotel's Lake Street Cafe offers casual dining along the deck of our lake view hotel.
