The Inaugural Arts in the Forks Festival

The first annual Arts in the Forks Festival arrives in downtown Au Sable Forks, celebrating creativity throughout the Au Sable River Valley. This one day free event, presented on Saturday, September 5, is a free, all-ages event and will feature local and regional artists, hands-on crafts, live demonstrations, and performances throughout the day. Visitors will have countless opportunities to engage directly with working artists, explore their processes, and discover the region's vibrant creative community. Organizers invite the public to join in celebrating art, culture, and connection in Au Sable Forks.

Riverside Pavilion

Tahawus Art Center
10:00am–12:00pm: Brazilian Jujitsu Demonstration, Cloudsplitter Dance Studio, 3rd Floor

2:00–4:00pm: Life in the Woods exhibit, featuring art by Stephen Longmire, Matt Horner, and Chris Kowanko. Tahawus Gallery, 2nd Floor

Knights of Columbus

Arts in the Forks is a volunteer group that works to support the arts community in an all-inclusive environment that fosters the creative economy, community pride, and Main Street revitalization in Au Sable Forks.
